Lindsay Lohan’s estranged father, Michael Lohan, was back in police custody today after being arrested earlier in the week for domestic violence. Lohan was in police custody only hours after being released from jail. According to police, Michael Lohan disobeyed court orders by making a harassing phone call to his girlfriend, Kate Major.

Early this morning police answered an emergency call placed by Michael Lohan’s girlfriend Kate Major. The two have a choppy relationship and Major informed police that the 51-year-old made a harassing phone call to her after being released from jail Wednesday afternoon. Apparently, not learning from previous choices, Lohan made another call to Major’s condominium while police were there. The 28-year-old put the phone call on speakerphone to allow the police to listen.

The judge who oversaw the previous domestic violence hearings ordered Lohan to stay away from Major, and after police listened to Lohan’s phone call they notified the county attorney’s office and an arrest order was made.

Following the arrest order, police when to the hotel in Tampa, Florida where Michael Lohan was staying. Police say Lohan spotted them and attempted to hide and run away. During his attempt to flee, Lohan jumped from a third-floor balcony and grabbed onto a nearby roof. He crossed the roof and tried to dangle himself upon a lower balcony but failed. Lohan missed the lower balcony and fell onto wooden chairs on the ground.

Lohan was arrested and taken to jail, and he may have broken his foot during his attempt to flee.

Lohan was arrested Tuesday for domestic violence charges. He allegedly grabbed Major’s arms and pushed her down repeatedly during an argument that took place over the course of the day.
